Born from the reunion of four former colleagues as equal-share owners and operators, Casa Paco is our nod to the warm and welcoming family run restaurants of old.  Each dish and drink served in our charming space, filled with antique furnishings and personal mementos, reflects our commitment to simplicity and excellence. 

By keeping things small, with Rob Bragagnolo and Caroline Chinery in the kitchen alongside Bartender Tommy Conrad and Front-of-House Head Ailbhe McMahon, we’re able to bring personal touches to every aspect of your dining experience.  Always striving to offer our guests the absolute best, our group recently grew to five when we invited Gary Danaie to join our team as sommelier at the helm of our wine program.
